How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → tap Subscriptions → tap Got Stripes Pro MonthlyCancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

I bought Pro Lifetime but lost it after reinstalling. What now?

Open the app → SettingsRestore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. If that doesn't work, email us with your Apple ID purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't have access to your payment information and can't issue refunds directly.

Is the content reviewed by the AG's office or the PTC?

No. Got Stripes is an independent personal study aid. It is not endorsed by, reviewed by, or affiliated with any law enforcement agency, the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, the Police Training Commission, or any prosecutor's office. Always verify against official sources.

Why does the launch disclaimer appear every time?

This is intentional. Because the content paraphrases statutes and case law for study purposes, we want every user to see the disclaimer about verifying against official sources. It's a study app, not a legal authority.

I found a wrong statute citation / outdated grading. Can you fix it?

Yes — please email us with the statute number and what's wrong. We update the content database with each app release. Statute changes from the legislature, AG directives, and case law updates make this a moving target, and reader corrections are genuinely helpful.

Will there be an Android version?

Eventually, yes. iOS first.
